Terms of Service

EnDocs AI is provided by Creative Encode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using the website and tools (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

EnDocs AI provides PDF tools (such as merge, split, compress, convert and protect) and AI features (such as summaries and answers about your documents). You use it through a guest session. No account is needed.

Files are kept only for the length of your session, about 60 minutes. Download your results before the session ends, because they are deleted automatically. Each file can be up to 25 MB.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload it and to have it processed, including any personal data of other people it contains.

You allow us to host and process your files, questions and results only as needed to provide the Service to you. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI features can be wrong or incomplete. Check summaries and answers against your document before you rely on them. Output is not legal, financial or medical advice.

Do not use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe other people's rights,
• upload malware or anything meant to harm systems or people,
• bypass limits or security, scrape the Service, or put unreasonable load on it,
• copy or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

We may limit or block use that breaks these rules.

The Service is in beta and free to use. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time, and may restrict access if these terms are broken.

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi, India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown above, and continuing to use the Service means you accept it. Questions can go to support@endocsai.com.
