In short
EnDocs AI splits a PDF into separate PDF files at the page ranges you give, such as 1-4, 5-9 and 10-15, or into one file per page. Each part keeps the original page quality and layout.
What it is
What is Split PDF?
Splitting divides a single PDF into several independent PDFs. It is the usual way to separate chapters, pull annexes out of a contract, or give each recipient only their own section of a batch.
You describe the split in words. Give ranges, ask for every page as its own file, and say what each file should be called.
Try saying
“Split this PDF into 1-4, 5-9 and 10-15, and name them Customer A, Customer B and Customer C.”

Behind the scenes
How your file is processed
Ranges are checked against the page count
Every range is validated before anything is written. A range that does not exist in the document is reported back instead of being guessed.
Each part is a standalone PDF
Pages are copied into a new PDF per range, so every part opens on its own and keeps the original page quality.
No ranges means one file per page
If you do not give ranges, the document is split into single-page files.
Your file stays yours
- Files are deleted automatically about 60 minutes after upload, when your guest session ends.
- Names, numbers, emails and addresses are swapped for placeholders before text reaches an AI model, then restored in the reply.
- No account is created. Your guest session is the only thing that identifies your files.

Who uses it
When Split PDF helps
Contracts and annexes
Separate the main agreement from schedules and signature pages.
Scanned batches
Break a long scan of mixed documents into one file per document.
Books and course packs
Cut a large PDF into chapters that are easy to share.
Per-person documents
Send payslips, certificates or statements to each person without the others.
Tips for better results
- Give ranges as page numbers: "1-4, 5-9". A single page is just its number.
- Add names in the same sentence so downloads are already labelled.
- To keep only part of the document in a single new file, use Extract Pages instead.
