1.Who we are
EnDocs AI is run by Creative Encode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). We decide how personal data is used in the service. You can reach us at support@endocsai.com.
2.What we collect and why
You do not need an account and we do not ask for your name or email. We process:

3.AI processing
To summarize a document or answer a question about it, we send text from your PDF and your question to a third-party AI model. Before that, names, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses that we detect are replaced with placeholders, and they are put back in the reply you read. Detection is automatic and can miss details, so do not upload documents you are not allowed to process.
For tools such as merge, split, compress and convert, the AI only reads your instruction and basic file details (such as names and page counts) to decide what to run. The PDF itself is processed by our own software. We do not allow our AI provider to use your content to train its models.
4.How long we keep it

6.International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside India and the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or give you a copy of it.
You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time in . To use any other right, email support@endocsai.com. Because we do not know who you are, we may ask you for details that help us find your session. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No system is completely secure.
10.Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the service where the change is significant. Questions or complaints about your data can go to support@endocsai.com.
