In short
EnDocs AI merges two or more PDF files into one PDF in the order you specify. Original pages are copied as they are, so text, images and layout are not re-compressed or changed.
What it is
What is Merge PDF?
Merging a PDF means placing the pages of several PDF files one after another in a single new file. People merge PDFs to send one attachment instead of five, to assemble a report from separate sections, or to keep a contract together with its annexes.
With EnDocs AI you describe the result in plain language. Ask for a straight merge, a cover page first, or only some pages from each file before they are joined.
Try saying
“Merge all three files, with cover.pdf first and appendix.pdf last.”
How to use it
Merge PDF in 3 steps
- 1
Upload your PDF
Drop your file in the box above or choose it from your device. No account is needed.
- 2
Say how to combine them
Type something like "merge these in this order, cover first". If you do not say, files are joined in upload order.
- 3
Download the result
Your merged PDF is ready. Download it, or keep working on it in the same workspace.
Behind the scenes
How your file is processed
Pages are copied, not redrawn
Each page is inserted into the new document exactly as it exists in the source. Fonts, images, links and layout are untouched and nothing is re-compressed.
Order follows your instruction
Files are joined in the order you give, or the order you uploaded them when you do not specify one.
Locked files are checked first
If a source PDF is password-protected, the merge stops before any work is done and asks for the password, so you never receive a half-merged file.
Your file stays yours
- Files are deleted automatically about 60 minutes after upload, when your guest session ends.
- Names, numbers, emails and addresses are swapped for placeholders before text reaches an AI model, then restored in the reply.
- No account is created. Your guest session is the only thing that identifies your files.

Who uses it
When Merge PDF helps
Business paperwork
Put invoices, receipts and contracts into one file for a client or the accounts team.
Academic submissions
Join the chapters of a thesis or several assignments into a single upload.
Legal bundles
Keep an agreement, its schedules and signed pages together in a clear order.
Reports and decks

Tips for better results
- Give files clear names before uploading, so an instruction like "cover.pdf first" is unambiguous.
- Combine steps in one instruction: "take pages 1-3 of report.pdf and put them after cover.pdf".
- If the merged file is too big to email, run Compress PDF on it afterwards.
