The life of a file

An hour, start to finish.

    You drop a PDF in.

    No account, no form. A guest session starts, and it is the only thing that ties the file to your browser.

    You say what you want.

    "Merge these." "What is the notice period?" In your own words, in your own language, typed or spoken.

    A tool does the work.

    Merge, compress and convert run on our own software. For those, the AI reads your instruction, not your PDF.

    If text goes to an AI, your details go first.

    For summaries and answers, names, emails, phone numbers and addresses are swapped for placeholders. They are put back in the reply you read.

    You download the result.

    Every result is a new file. Your upload is never changed.

    It is deleted.

    Files and workspace expire about an hour after you started. These times are illustrative; the 60 minutes is the real limit.

Names, emails, phone numbers and addresses are replaced with placeholders first. Detection is automatic, so do not upload what you are not allowed to process.

We do not. The privacy policy lists exactly what we process and why.

What is inside

20 tools. Two use AI: AI PDF answers questions about a document and the Summarizer gives you the gist. The rest are the jobs you do every week: merge, split, compress, convert to Word and protect.
